BERMET is traditional aromatic wine, which used to be very popular. During the Austria/Hungary empire, it was ordered for the needs of the castle in Vienna. Some people produce this beverage with 18% of alcohol, but Dulka ‘s bermet contains 16%. With lower percentage of alcohol, it is easier for aromatic substances to develop, but with higher percentage of alcohol, aroma is not significant and than it is liqueur wine.
AUSBRUH
In the past, when Karlovci were under the Austro-Hungarian administration, the recipe for this wine was forwarded from the Royal Court of Wienna to the first-rate vintners of that time. Ausbruh is a dessert wine distilled from dried grapes which give the wine an exceptional aroma.
ZUPLJANKA
New, autochthonous wine sort. It gives excellent green-yellow colored wine, with special freshness, pleasant taste and aroma, characteristic for wines originated from Fruska Gora. This mountain can refine each grapevine and fruit, and above all the soul – it is said by all people who visited Karlovci and enjoyed its wines.
CABERNET SAUGVINON
This is sort which originates from France, from the surroundings of Bordeaux. Since it is extraordinary and nice, many winegrowers all over the world started to produce it. Experts claim that the best red wines can be made of this kind of grapes. Dulka’s Cabernet Saugvinon is young vineyard, the first gathering was the previous year and it has already found its customers among the people who enjoy the God’s nectar.
ITALIAN RIESLING
The most spread wine sort in Fruska Gora, and one of the most popular on domestic market. The admirers as well as the restaurant owners always have this wine on their tables.
ROSE
This sort of wine is made by combination of cabernet sauvignon and zupljanka, which results with exceptional proportion and harmony of these two sorts. It is served with all kinds of fish and white meat.
COGNAC
One of the first domestic sorts of cognac in our country. At the beginning, it was just the experiment of Djordje Dulka, but being exhibited in 1994, it won the gold medal and became a great success. Among people who respect domestic innovations, technology and quality, it has large number of admirers. It has already won 9 golden medals.
PEACH BRANDY
This natural brandy, made of late sorts of peaches such as nectarine and caldesi–extremely aromatic and delicious, with sweetness collected during the summer. This perfect brandy is stored in bottles sealed with wax.
APPLE BRANDY
Natural brandy, produced out of chosen fruits from Dulka’s orchards. The sort Gloster which gets its special aroma and taste at the end of August , is the base of this brandy, awarded with many golden medals.
GRAPE BRANDY - KOMOVICA
Natural, strong brandy made of husks of must, mostly of Riesling and Cabernet Sauvignon. It has special aroma and taste, with 18 grades of alcohol.
GRAPE BRANDY - LOZOVACA
Natural brandy, produced according to traditional recipes of the old winegrowers. The main ingredient in this brandy is zupljanka, which gives special aroma. There are two sorts-one with 18 grades of alcohol, and the other one with 21.
PLUM BRANDY
This natural brandy is made of two sorts – Stanley and Pozegaca. The orchards on Fruska Gora can be compared with well known plum growing areas in Serbia. Characteristic aroma and taste of this brandy is mentioned in a story about Vuk Karadzic, who once visited Karlovci. After having one glass of this plum brandy, Vuk kissed one child and the smell of plum lasted for another three days.
AROMATIC HERBS BRANDY
It is based on the traditional recipe of apple brandy and specific aromatic herbs from Fruska Gora. It was awarded many times on Novi Sad Fair.
